Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn the art of making two traditional Malaysian delicacies Kuih Kochi and Angku Kuih.
 
Kuih Kochi a fragrant glutinous rice dumpling filled with sweet grated coconut, wrapped in banana leaf and steamed to perfection.
Angku Kuih the famous red tortoise-shaped kuih, made with soft chewy skin and filled with mung bean paste, symbolizing prosperity and longevity.
 
In this workshop, participants will:
 
* Learn step-by-step preparation of the dough, fillings, and wrapping techniques
* Discover tips to get the perfect texture and vibrant colors
* Bring home their handmade kuih to enjoy and share
 
Perfect for beginners and kuih lovers who want to experience traditional heritage recipes in a fun, interactive session!

- 6 pieces of mung bean Angku Kuih
