This class will teach students how to make cartoon sausage bun ,cartoon sandwiched bun and filled cartoon bun in just one class, student will learns 3 essential techniques for mastering steamed bun.

Class Contents:—
-Explanation and selection of ingredients,materials and equipments.
- Techniques for achieving smooth and soft dough (using both a mixer and hand kneading)
- Introduction to edible color selection and mixing ratios
- Techniques for perfect wrapping filling without leakage.
- Shaping and precise positioning of facial features
- Methods and judgment of fermentation
- Control of steaming heat and time
- Storage methods and tips for reheating
The classroom will provide all necessary materials, tools, and packaging boxes. Students will take home 3 hand crafted steamed bun
