Basic Swirl Sourdough Bread & Focaccia Workshop

Chinese New Year is all about feasting — and yes, you can still enjoy healthy, nourishing bread while celebrating! Join us for a hands-on Sourdough & Focaccia Workshop where you’ll learn how to bake naturally fermented bread that is gut-friendly, lower in sugar, and easier to digest — perfect for balancing festive meals.

Sourdough Bread (from A–Z)

  • Understanding and caring for your sourdough starter

  • Mixing & autolyse method

  • Stretch & fold / coil fold techniques

  • Bench rest and shaping

  • Scoring the dough with style

  • Final bake to perfection

  • Learn how to make light, fluffy focaccia

  • Tips for achieving a crisp yet airy texture

  • Sharing our signature dehydrated tomato recipe to elevate your focaccia

Workshop Features:

Bring home :
1 baked mini tray focaccia
1 sourdough bread  dough( to be baked) 
1 mini jar of starter
1 fruit wild yeast
1 full recipe of sourdough bread, focaccia, baker ratio.
1 dough whisk

& new baking friends with good memories

Come ready to knead, fold, and bake – and leave with both freshly baked bread and the skills to create many more at home!

Coffee and tea will be served during sourdough bread and foccacia tasting 

Max 6 pax per workshop .

Things to bring:
1 1 x  transparent plastic container; around 20cm Length  x 20cm Widthx 12cm height. if Round, diameter 12 cm , like kuih bahulu container. 
2. 1 x small jar ( 3 oz) ,  clean and dry jar for starter during workshop.

Terms and conditions:
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*Minimum 2 pax to kick off the workshop . Otherwise; studio reserved the right to postpone or refund.
